You guys killed our battery through your own negligence, told us it would be $400 to replace it, and acted like he was doing us a favor by only charging us 300 for it instead. We know the battery was fine, because it passed your own multipoint inspection the day before. You guys kept our car an extra day because you ordered the wrong part, and in that time clearly left a light on. All sides here know that there's no chance a battery goes from passing the inspection one day to being so drained it can't hold a charge the next naturally, but that's the story your service manager tried to feed us because he didn't want to eat the cost of his team's own mistake. We had no other options, because they couldn't finish the original repair without replacing the battery. So we paid it. But we are insulted, and extremely upset by this experience. We're taking our time putting together a great synopsis of our experience to post as a Google and Yelp review, and we'll absolutely be submitting a complaint to the BBB. I'll be sure to mention or tag Gerrie Wilkes by name in all 3, The ONLY resolution that could repair this damage is a refund for the full cost of the battery. Given our experience and the complete lack of professionalism Norm Reeves Honda has demonstrated so far, we're not going to hold our breath on this account. We're in the market for a new SUV, and this experience has completely soured us on Norm Reeves Honda as an option.
