I was happy with Jesse Herrera. I was not at all happy with Honda’s refusal to fix a transmission issue. I reported a surging in shifting when the car had under 30,000 miles. Honda insists it’s my responsibility to pay for diagnosis, they refuse to pay for fluid exchange, etc. I have an extended warranty. The transmission should not be having issues.
