Found the process lacking proactive communication and timely completion is service. Service staff failed to explain clearly what was completed and what is urgently needed to be performed. Was not provided an opportunity to address and fix urgent issues. Inspite of providing the coupon ahead it time, the bill had to be adjusted to reflect the coupon. Service advisor seemed to be not clear about what she was doing and constantly seeking support from peers. Came across as.a novice or an intern the whole time. My first time a Norm reeves and I was completely disappointed with the service. Was not even asked if I would be waiting or a drive will be provided during the time which is normal protocol at other Honda service centers.
