Very polite and professional. I knew almost immediately she would give me and my car the best care and she did. I really appreciate the way she took the time to explain my inspection report and explain which item’s required the most immediate attention. She never tried to pressure me into anything I did not need or want. Anytime my car needs care I will call Jessica.

The coffee sucked, horrible, very few options for cream and sugar. The waiting room was dirty. Maybe not floor, not sure, but the seats and work surfaces, looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. Stains and coffe rings on both. Yuk. That was worst part of experience. I was thinking...should of drove to carlsbad or Escondido. But people team helped recovery by quick, pro oil change and tire rotation. And by honoring price quoted.
And. Should mention. The guy that took my call to schedule was very good on phone and why i selected Norm. The guy at Escondido honda took twice as long with bad attitude to deliver less information.
Takeaway. Get better coffee and condiments, do a better job cleaning you waiting area, and maybe warm it up a bit. Feels Kinda like a high school classroom.

First of all if you’re going to make appointments at 7 AM the service advisors need to be there at 7 AM they didn’t come in till 715 and then I was told after I was told my car is ready that I needed a cabin filter which I’ll just take care of myself but it be nice to be told when my car is still in the service center instead of once it’s out ready to be taken home

Associate who released my vehicle wasn’t completely knowledgeable about issues the found on it, also I asked Omar about a key that is not working with my vehicle, I told him that it needs to be reprogrammed and he only said that could be a battery issue or I need to buy a new one but, he never show interest in helping me out or at least offer an inspection to see what’s the real issue.
