It took 4 days to replace an alternator. Just because a service advisor has a day off does not mean the work should stop. We needed this car as it is my daughter’s only form of transportation and that was not taken seriously.

He also made sure I had transportation while my car stayed in the shop. When I went in to pick the car up, everyone was extremely helpful. During my oil change, I specifically asked for 5W-20 oil for my 2007 Pilot. Omar's response was "we can't do that". Apparently, both Escondido and Hoehn had no issues using the proper oil as required by the factory. You may buy 0W-20 full-synthetic by the 50 gal drum, but it doesn't mean you have to push it on customers who request the factory grade oil. Not sure if we will return for future service.

I brought my car in. It took several hours to give me a diagnosis and estimate. I was asked to rent a car, to leave mine for repairs. I brought car home then returned early in morning for repairs instead . I could not get info on progress of repair until late on afternoon only to tell me that Nothing was done, to leave it and you would rent a car. I wanted my car back. I needed it for a planned trip. I also missed work unnecessarily. Don’t make appointments if you can’t get work done. I also do not appreciate the up selling. I have lost confidence with your services.
