The service staff were the best, the work and care of my vehicle was exceptional. However your warranty issue on my leaking shock was a disappointment. How can you compare a shock th a breakfast as far as being a consumable item, I do not expect breaks to be covered, but a shock?. Most people never have to replace a shock in the lifetime of their vehicle. This is a leased vehicle and I'm afraid if this is how a Honda warranty is, ill move back to toyota when this lease is up. It is not the fault of your staff, they are top shelf, the Honda warranty policy needs to be edited.

I was completely satisfied with my car service today. Richard helped me to my every needs, and more. This was my first time at a Honda car dealership, and I have to say it was a great experience. Though it did take several hours to have my car completed. I brought in my car at 11am and didn’t get a call/text about my car until 3:40pm, 5 hours was a long time to wait for my car to be done. Regardless, I am still pleased with the end result. I look forward to work with Norm Reeves Superstore in the future.

I have been leasing cars from Norm Reeves Honda since they opened and I’ve always had good services there. Also I recently just had my oil change there and I was very satisfied with the service. Making appointments to get service was easy and the lady on the phone was nice. Omar at the service center was very professional and helpful. And they finished in a timely manner. Their waiting area and facility was very neat and clean as well.
