My vehicle was not done on time. I waited for my vehicle and when it was 15 minutes late, my car was already out there and I was not informed.

Was told I could pick up car Friday morning and that I’d receive a phone call Thursday afternoon, but did not receive a call and car was not ready. Was promised after photos since a lot of work had to be completed, but received no photos. Received messages on Saturday saying car was ready for pick up and came twice on Sunday, but key was not left and car could not be picked up. Came again Monday morning at 7am for car pick up and car could not be provided. Also was informed on Sunday that my car would be washed because I noticed my car was just parked out in the driveway the entire weekend. Additionally, service representative was never present at each instance I came to check in on my car and not very communicative. Representative also knew how unhappy I was with not being able to pick up my car at the time I was informed car would be ready and knew the likelihood that I would be coming in Monday at 7am but he is not here. I always went to the Irvine Norm Reeves location and have loved the service there, but am extremely unhappy with the service I am receiving at Vista. I am currently waiting at the Vista location for my service representative to arrive because I still have not received photos of the requested photos of the work completed and my representative is not here - was informed my representative likes to “come in on his own time.” In addition to the above, I went and got fuel three separate times because I was in a rental. Extremely dissatisfied with my service and the time I’ve wasted.

Omar is such a great service advisor.. Always a pleasure going to him, we take both our accords there and he is always courteous and professional..

Well you guys told me my 1A service + recall (software update) will takes 3 hours but it ends up 6 hours. Also service advisor told me to honda required to do transmission oil change every 30,000 miles well my vehicle was 40,000 and I visited when I was 32,000 but never mentioned before. Over priced, over promises.

He really went above and beyond good service! I will ask for him next service. Thank you

Exceptional customer services - service desk (check out) and the young lady in parts department, very professional and knowledgeable. Overall a 20 on a 10 point scale.

No car wash. I was told that due to COVID, that is on hold. I have no idea why. Also, I had brought my laptop to work on some things but was told by a salesman, that was not set up. I may take my car to Hohen Honda as it seems they are more attentive to customers while they waiting.

Omar Atilano was very professional and provided excellent service. He was very detailed when explaining everything.

She was very professional. The only thing I wish that could of been done was a complimentary car wash. I spent a lot of money on tires, brakes, oil change,and transmission fluid change.
