I received a quote Friday that said the total would be $1350. The automated text (On Friday) said the car would be done no later than 1pm Saturday. In that text, I opened a link, and saw a picture of a dirty brake fluid reservoir and I approved the fluid exchange (not knowing it was going to be hundreds of dollars more) There was no dollar information on portal and no mention of the need for an alignment. I called Saturday at 1pm and spoke with Christian to see if the vehicle would at least be done by 2pm he assured me they were on schedule to complete the repairs by 2pm. I called again at 2:25pm To see what was going on and spoke with Jessica. She said she'd reach out to the technician and get back to me with an update. At 3pm she called back and said the car would be done at 4pm. I sent my employees to pickup the car at 4pm. When they arrived, one told me the cost was now $1672. The reason was for the brake fluid and alignment. I had them pay for the repair and leave because they were already 3 hours behind schedule to Norm Reeves delays. I won't be sending any of our vehicles to this location and this review is going on Yelp. I'm very disappointed in the poor communication that cost me an extra $322

I bought a car with brand new tires. Those tires have a 60,000 mile warranty. One blew at only 30,000 miles while I was driving normally on a nice clean road. Somehow it's not covered in the warranty. It seemed like Norm Reeves Honda lies about warranties to get you to buy a car, but the warranties are fake. They talked me into an extended warranty at the time of purchase too, and it makes me feel like that one is fake also. I also feel like Norm Reeves Honda does not help its customers claim these warranties and just dismisses warranties right away to get a themselves another sale. Richard was nice though.
