The rep whose name you noted was good, no complaints about him, except that he wasn’t wearing a mask, but he wasn’t that close. My complaint was that someone had removed the automatic seat settings and I couldn’t start the car. Didn’t know if they’d disconnected other electronics. Didn’t know how to reset. I’m short and need to make a lot of adjustments to drive safely. That employee wasn’t wearing a mask and entered my car without a mask. He also yelled at me. I only was there for an oil change snd don’t understand why someone had removed the seat settings. And the employee who “helped” me was rude and endangered my health by not wearing a mask.
