Came in and the service dept lost all my paperwork and made me sit and repeat myself about three to four times. Then they said they would update my account to put all my current information to the car account that never happened. So when trying to reach myself they were calling my moms phone while she was working. I never had the service dept ever to call me I had to call the next day to get a run around about my diagnosis. I then realized I better deal with the service manager Ryan. It wasn’t pleasant at all he also didn’t stick to his word and said if I install a 1200 dollar part and it doesn’t fix your car I won’t charge you well that wasn’t true at all. That being said I’m thinking of filing fraud with the BBB. When I got the car back 1800 dollars later and including additional work of 600 dollars more. I asked why I’m being charged and he gave the run around. They then said I had to install all four coil packs)after being told I wasn’t going to pay for the 1200 dollar computer. I picked up my car and one of my intial requests was to put the code in for my radio when receiving the car it wasn’t done and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to watch the service dept scramble around trying to figure it out. I additional took the damaged parts and am sending them to the instructor of Automotive at Mira Costa college to examine the old parts to help with my fraud case. I also believe that something fishy is going on Ryan or Jessica discounted lots of labor and applied discounts to cheapen my account but that’s only typically when some wrong doing has happened to satisfy an disgruntled customer. I’ve been told that I should never went to Norm Reeves the stealership that’s the reputation your dealership has on the streets. I would never recommend your services out. I consulted with my mechanic friend and his words were everything being done is a RED flag. Also to add they had my car one week and five days. So was I satisfied hell no!

Jessica was by far the only positive experience I had today at Reeves Honda. I was scheduled for an oil change at 10:20am and it was not completed until a little after 1:00pm. Having to sit in the waiting room for nearly three hours for an oil change is unacceptable and intend to write a review about my experience to help others make an informed decision. Additionally, I would like to add that adjacent to the service desk is another desk at which I observed a staff member flipping through pictures of half naked woman on his cell phone while simultaneously talking to a customer via the work phone line. During my time waiting I was able to observe a good majority of staff on duty and this slacker-like work ethic was commonplace. Jessica’s professionalism, courteousness and overall excellent customer service deserves acknowledgement.

I feel very blessed to have been helped by Josue. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get the help needed with my car on top of being able to pay for it. With this last year of Covid and hours dropping, I truthfully came into the dealership thinking the worst. Needless to say, my car is fixed and I still have funds for other bills. I’m so insanely thankful for Josue going out of his way to help me and truly taking care of me, my car, and wallet.

The service advisor did not inform me of the technician’s recommendations. I was made aware when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. It would have been helpful to know in advance so I could have authorized additional repairs.
