I reached out to confirm the specifics of the repel service by text and call and never heard back. My salesperson told me I am supposed to get a package with more ceramic coating, but I never got that either. I also wasn't given any information on curing time/ what to do after the ceramic coating is applied.

The mechanics should test your car and check it with videos showing you that your car NEEDS it. Not just what the factory recommends. Or better yet, show me with the mechanic present.
Norm Reeves should also be able to match Costco pricing for tires and batteries. Also I can replace my own filters. I don’t understand why this is such as up charge. Your company should be trying to keep people coming back, not scare them off.
