Biggest complaint is not being told not to bring it in with a full tank of gas. I was even told to drive around a bit. I said: 5hrs? Really? Then was told they couldn't siphen some gas. And then told they could only throw away my gas. Had to fight to get it done. Created a lot of stress. Thanks for the Lyft ride and back. Fix was great. Eventually they did give me a full tank of gas. So, why not do that from the start? I do appreciate the end result.

I am very frustrated and concerned that my vehicle service was not completed as explained to me. Jennifer called me 2 times and stated that there were kinks in wires and that there was an outside tech coming in to evaluate it. Instead my paperwork stated no sound was heard and it was an issue with my phone.
This has been a repetitive issue and to be told thay it is user error is very frustrating and concerning as Jennifer stated the sound was heard by techs and was being repaired.
What truthfully happened with my van?
