I appreciated that Jennifer provided direct answers to hard questions about my vehicle. She went above and beyond by advocating for my service to be covered by Honda after seeing that I had brought the vehicle in twice before, complaining about the transmission. She did her homework and got a fair price for us.

I scheduled my appointment 4 days ago. When I told Mr.Atilano the problem I had with my car, his response was " who told you to come here?" Where else would I take my Honda for a problem initiated by Honda? Did he expect me to go to the Ford dealer across the street? Furthermore he seemed desperate to turn me away by exaggerating how long it would take to solve my problem, (he guesstimated 3-4 hours!)20 minuets after I checked in I received a text message from N.R.H.V.reminding me of my appointment.When my car was ready he gave me the keys and I went outside. I literally had to search for my car. Mr. Atilano apologized for the misunderstanding. Lastly the problem that I wanted taken care of was NOT FIXED! I did it myself an hour later. Hoehn Honda is in Carlsbad and that will have to be my go-to Honda dealer for service after today.
