Love that there was an online portal where I can see pics that the mechanic tool and pay my bill for express pick up. I was not able to, however, view the notes that the mechanic left for some reason. Jennifer was friendly and accommodating. I also like that we can be texted with notifications.

The person who helped me was actually Josue. He helped me previously over the phone when he worked in the Parts Dept, impressing me tremendously then. He did SO much research to find a solution to my problem, genuinely sounded concerned and motivated to help me, got back to me twice with results... after I had forgotten to return his call... I’m so glad you’re asking me for feedback now after he helped me again with *such sincerity and energy*, because I wanted to give great feedback about my call in to the Parts Dept. Norm Reeves Honda, I think, is lucky to have someone with his work ethic!!!

I used to get my vehicle serviced in Olympia. Wa before I relocated. They were a caring and professional team. At your dealership, there was a lack of real customer service. I didn’t feel anyone was really concerned about the functionality of my vehicle in a sincere way. I have taken amazing care of my vehicle over the last four years with zero issues. I come in and they want to charge me $1,500.00 for some o rings and timing chains...which will take up to 12 hours of labor...whaaat? I am sorry but I will be getting a second opinion.
