Omar was awesome. Super friendly, professional, and helpful. He kept me up-to-date with all that was going on with my car. I came in for oil and tire rotation and he was quick to let me know what had developed and estimate on times. He also offered a rental since the car had to stay overnight and got me a Lyft to take me home.

I appreciated the notes about other things that need to be serviced however I found it really annoying that they sent me a picture of my reusable K&N air filter and said that it’s dirty and needs to be replaced. There is literally a sticker on the housing that says “Stop, this is a reusable K&N air filter.” So, wouldn’t it just make sense to say it’s dirty and needs to be cleaned rather than quoting me to replace it. What would you have done with it if I’d have said yes replace it?! One of the tech takes it home and throws it on their civic?! Like the saying goes, “common sense just isn’t that common sometimes.” I get that you’re trying to up sell anything you can, but I think this one was just dumb.
