Jaryd was a breath of fresh air! Friendly, helpful, and didn't try to upsell me. He told me what absolutely had to be taken care of today, and what could wait until next time. As a single mom I can respect that and he has now earned my loyalty. The only problem is that he is a Dodgers fan, lol!
