First visit at Norm Reeves, my comment for today was I didn’t receive a text message that my vehicle was ready for pick up. It was explained that it went to my email and my credit card payment did not process so I had to send a screen shot from my bank account to representative. Not sure why there were glitches in the system. I wish I was able to come in, make my payment and walk away time was not spent well at service center.

I waited for a routine service for 3 1/2 hours. The service tech did not tell me my car was complete. I had to ask since I waited so long in the lobby. He then said it was just brought up front, yet my husband was texted that the car was ready an 1 1/2 hrs prior. This is poor service, no one wants to waste their day unnecessarily. Especially during Covid. Beyond disappointed and the dealership was not busy.

My wife had called Honda and asked for any promotions regarding oil changes. The representative named Omar there was a deal for $39.99 so he asked for my vehicle information and we made an appointment. When we arrived, we were told that our vehicle doesn’t qualify so we ended up paying $55. I’m not sure if the workers do that to lure their customers in to making an appointment or if they’re just not knowledgeable with their prices and promotions. Regardless, they need to work better on their communication.

Omar is amazing and always helpful! He was very informant and understanding. The service performance of the vehicle, not so much. Multiple parts replaced supposedly to resolved the check engine light, however it took two more time to hopefully resolve the issue. All in all, I almost spent four grand and the problem still exist but hopefully this time it was correct. Also, when the vehicle was dropped off the tank was at least half full, the car gas light was on when received back. That is unprofessional of the mechanics not to return at original level or common curtesy to do so.
