One suggestion would be that the maintenance guys remove the plastic and paper car mat when done or at the very least the plastic. Otherwise all was perfect

Under explain what was going to be done and what the cost would be for an A-1 service on my wife’s 2016 Fit. A 39.95 labor charge for a simple replacement of the cabin filter. I went thru the motion of removing and replace a filter on my 2017 Fit and the procedure took one minute and 53 seconds.

I don’t understand why a Ridgeline requires rear differential oil change at 10,000 miles. I’ve owned cars since 1962 and not one of them has such a need. What is wrong with Hondas to require such dramatic maintenance of the differential?
