My car had electrical drainage issues. Rather than trust that I wasn't imagining it, staff did standard static diagnostic checks and then concluded (I assume) that the car was good and I was misstating the situation. (Note that I received the car from Reeves on a Friday, drove it 5o miles the following week and on Sunday morning the car failed to start.) In fifty years of owning a car or motorcycle (including three Hondas), I have never had a car that wouldn't start after a week of non use. Please, no callback. I'm arranging to sell the car.

My only complaint was that after changing the cabin air filter they should run the air on high for 30 seconds or so then I would not get the face full of dust when I turn it on myself. Lots of dust got disturbed during the change and I got a face full on first turn on of the fan.

My car had been serviced on 12/8 but 4 hours after picking up my car, the battery died in the Frazier Farms parking lot, requiring AAA to jump start my car. Today my car again experienced a battery failure. Once again AAA had to come to the rescue. I spoke with Omar by phone and explained my dilemma. He said if I bring my car in, he would make sure the problem was taken care of. And that is exactly what he did. My car required a new battery. Omar was very polite, professional and courteous.
