It was a HUGE MESS!!! I never expected this from Honda dealership. When I got the car I saw the windshield seems greasy and I was unhappy as I thought the guy who changed the oil touched it with greasy hands. After getting my car I started driving back to home and continuously notice strong oil odor. I thought may be oil is changed it will go away but it started getting worse. I thought I will call you guys tomorrow to ask why this time I am getting smell. I noticed that my my windshield stayed greasy even when I tried to turn wiper on to clean it. I thought my wipers were greasy and oil might be ok it. Affer reaching home I immediately looked at the hood and noticed oil all around on the front and top. I WAS SO UPSET as my car is literally new with only 7487 miles driven. I opened the hood and was utterly surprised that engine oil cap is placed right in front and the guy who changed the oil forgot to put it back. HOW COULD THAT BE FROM HONDA??? Everything inside the hood if covered with oil and I’m not sure if it has damaged the engine as I drove 30miles to my home without engine oil cap. Seems like all the oil has dripped/splashed out while I was driving back from after getting my vehicle serviced from your store. Looking forward to see what you can do to compensate FOR THIS HUGE DAMAGE AND LOSS. I need my car to be fully diagnosed for damages, and completey cleaned including fan/ac vents smelling like burning oil and lastly refilling the oil and filters. I had been a honda customer since years but this is the first time I experienced such a POOR service. i’m a car lover and keeps my car very clean and hardly let it even get a single scratch but never expected HONDA authorized dealership will do such a careless service and incur such a big loss to my vehicle safety and longevity. I have all the pictures taken as a proof. Looking forward to discuss and sort out all the damages through happy path. Thank you.
