Jesse Herrera, my service advisor, did a superb job today! Thank you to the whole team as well. Everybody was in there, giving their best service for us Honda drivers and customers. So, service was GrREAT! There was one surprise: the cost of a window replacement. Honda has provided so many safety features, but it is too expensive to replace a windshileld. “This aint my grandpa’s replacement windshield price!” What is one to do?

My car broke down due to a transmission issue, and I didn't know what to do. Sal Lua was my contact, and he patiently walked me through the steps I needed to take. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The next day was his day off, and he gave me his phone number, telling me to text or call if I had any questions. I had a lot of questions for him, but he answered each without showing any annoyance and suggested several options for things I couldn’t afford to help me find a solution. He made me feel like I was his family or a friend, not just a customer. My hometown is Japan, where Honda HQ is located. My family lives there and we all drive Honda. I never expected to receive better service than I experienced in Japan. Sal Lua is the best service advisor ever!

Sal Luc was amazing. He found out something I thought had been completed before I took my car, in fact possibly had never been completed. There was no record in my file the protectant has been applied. He set me up for another appointment to have that taken care of. It's crazy I paid $900 for the EG REPEL EXT 5 YR. But possibly never received the coating and protection.
