I know it was a very busy time. Told it would be 1 hr 20 mins. It took 2 hrs and 20 mins not counting the 20 mins I waited in line. Everyone inside the building was so very professional and courteous. The young man Top Gun wannabe should be told not to chew gum it's very unprofessional. Him on his phone and not paying attention to your customers is not good. But like I said everybody inside was so kind. So thank you for asking me my opinion

Ernesto is the best! He always takes care of my car. I discovered an issue with it in my drive home. I called the service dept. and Jessica and Ernesto made sure that my vehicle and myself made it back to the service dept. the issue was resolved the next day and I wa able to pick ift up. Ernesto explained in great detail what service I needed after the initial inspection.

Ernesto was wonderful from the moment my car was checked in to when he scheduled my Lyft for me to pick up my car. Super friendly and great customer service. Kept me updated throughout the process. I also want to mention John was also great when I picked up my car. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the work in a way that I could understand. John Beck truly has been the best service rep I have seen. Typically, they’re good but not as impressive as John. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything so eloquently—even when I asked why service centers don’t do car wash anymore. For YEARS I thought they were just being lazy, but he helped me understand how the irrigation system works in SD. The experience was smooth and gave me tips to keep rodents away from my engines.

First I was waiting for my car. Was told about a hour. After 1 1/2 hours I got up found my car sitting outside. My service advisor apparently was out to lunch. No one picked up his customers. I asked another advisor to complete my paper work. 2nd. On the way home the was a bang and then the car started making noises from the engine area. I was able to pull off the highway and found the front of lower engine oil cover was on the ground. 3. I tried to get service person just kept hearing automated phone system. Repeating to select a number 1 or 2 to connect. It kept repeating then tried a 3rd call hit 0 said it was going to the operator. It did not just keep repeating terrible. 4th call just selected parts department and got a guy who was able to run to service and get me on line. The service guy after telling him the problem said he needed to see the problem and I should drive the car back. I told him is he crazy. This easily could cause more damage. I said I’m stuck on the side of the triad and he should send a tech with the screws. He said he need to talk to a manager. He called me back and said both my service advisor and a tech were on the way. I was only about 19-15 minutes away. The tech was able to mount the cover. He said he didn’t understand why all the mounting parts were missing? Said he had tighten them himself . Sounds like he was trying to cover. But at least there were 4 or more screws parts that disappeared in me driving just a short distance. Lastly this leaves me very disappointed with Norm Reeves service. I want the damaged lower plastic replaced and I should get a refund for the work. The car only has 18,000 miles on it.

I came in without an appointment, was taken right away, needed an oil change, rotated my tires, found a nail, replaced my tire, was there only a short time. Staff are always so professional. Will continue to take my vehicle for all its maintenance
