It was communicated it would be an hour and ended up being close to two by 7 mins off. And was unable to locate associate who assisted me the whole time I was waiting until almost 2 hrs later where I noticed my car was parked in the front and went to go locate the associate myself.

I really don’t appreciate being a female that they’re always trying to upsell or get me to purchase something that is not necessary. I was told that my brakes were bad, which is untrue because I had just got them done two weeks prior that my brake fluid needed to be done, which is untrue because I had it already serviced and I think it is very unprofessional for somebody not to be truthful of what is happening with my vehicle and just trying to get money from me. I’ve been to this location multiple times and had multiple problems and the customer service needs to be rectified.

This was beyond the worst recall job I have ever had. I didn't receive a certificate for the DMV and my windshield had a 4" crack on the driver's side at eye level that required the windshield to be replaced tomorrow. Along with the windshield to be retinted for health conditions. I submitted a claim to Honda directly since Service Manager Phillip Rosalas would not take any responsibility and State Farm my Insurance Company.

I purchased my 2021 Honda CR-V from Norm Reeves in Vista. I had all of my maintenance done by Norm Reeves. I had an issue with my tires and the technician was unable to correct the problem. And now the tires have worn out much sooner than expected. Norm Reeves Honda attempted to charge me for two tires and an alignment. I declined to pay the full amount for the tires when this could have been prevented. Therefore, I can no longer give Norm Reeves any more of my hard earned money.
