I felt I did not receive proper service whenbi came to pick up my car. The staff had closed their registers and were more concerned with locking up instead of getting me home with my car. I had to wait several days after being told my car would be ready and then postponed twice.
There is also one other major concern with your service. A mouse got into my car. How the he'll does that happen? This is my wife's car and now I have to explain how your service department really screwed up. Please have the manager call me!!!
