I appreciate the great customer service I encounter whenever I come in to Norm Reeves Honda in Vista, but after paying $119 for a inside seats detail on my Honda I was a bit disappointed who ever said they would try to clean off some spots on my seats honestly did not care enough for the job he did. When I purchased my car I was offered a care package that would protect my seats in case of damage but I paid more money for a job that I thought would be covered or included in what was offered at time of purchase.
