I was unhappy that the car wash was not functioning and they could figure out no alternative. Also your attempts to sell me what I felt were unnecessary extra services were not appreciated. I feel like I come into 5he dealership and I’m a target. Do you get a bonus for every extra service you sell? I think you’re cheapskates- no snacks, buy your own drink madam and I never feel good when I leave . On a scale of 1 to 10 8 give your dealership a 3!
