I booked an appointment for an A16 service and also asked if they would take a look and quote a price for a crack in my windshield. When I arrived at my 8am appointment I was asked if I was dropping off since the window person does not arrive until 10. I said no we will skip the window and to just do the A16 service. The representative said that the appointment was only listed as a cracked windshield appointment but that they could squeeze the car in for the A16. I handed the keys over and she said it would be 90 minutes tops. I waited over 2 hours for a basic oil change service. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not recommend this service center to anyone I know.

Not completely! Took 2 1/2 hours to NOT find the ugly smell, which was why I brought it in. Replacing the cabin filter did nothing, so I still have same problem. I’m not sure what they could have done differently.
