The service was great. I got my oil changed done pretty fast so I wasn’t there long. I only issue is that once I got a free streets down on my tire pressure light came on so I had to turn back around and go back when I got back stuff we’re very helpful and getting that fixed and I was on my way home.

You refused to fix my condenser based off of another issue with the evaporator. You decided not to do maintenance on 1 aspect of the car, but would not acknowledge that the condenser being bad can have a negative impact on the entire AC system. You quoted 3400.00 at first and then were willing to come down to 2500. Even though the average rate for this job is 960 to 1100.00. Then after picking up my vehicle I notice things were marked requiring maintenance that I was not briefed on. I started coming to Norm Reeves becuase the dealer in Escondido tried to rip my wife off while I was deployed and it go proven by another mechanic.
