We are on vacation and the air conditioning was not working. I called Friday and was able to get a reservation the following morning at the dealership. Ernesto was my service advisor and he had a full diagnostic done in the car. He kept me abreast of the status. When he was not available. Others stepped in to fill the void. Eg Sal. Philip the service manager is very nice to deal with. Overall my experience with the service dept is awesome.

Was in last month for same problem of air condition. Brought it in again on Tuesday 7/2324, to have it checked out again due to the fact I was going to the desert and did not want it to start blowing hot air instead of cold. I was told they could not find anything wrong. I it happened on Wednesday in 110 degree weather! Why is it the mechanic could not find anything wrong? It was horrible!! I told my family and other relatives I had just taken it to Honda to have it checked out . Very, very disappointed with the service provided. We had to suffer in extremely hot conditions due to air condition blowing out “hot” air again.

Ernesto is a great service advisor. But we had to take the car back because the mechanic didn’t hook up all the light on the dashboard when he replaced the evaporative cooler. The car is fine now. The mechanic should make sure everything works on the dashboard
