I had an oil change service on 6/22/24 and was told there was a problem with transmission. I was planning to trip to LA and wanted to make sure it’s safe to drive not urgent to fix. Jana offered me to have a service to check one more time if it’s ok to drive that far on 6/25/24.It was really a nice offer. I was pleased to hear it wasn’t an urgent fix.
On our way back from LA, an orange light went off and next to the driving mark started flashing.
I called the service number ****-****-xxxx at 4:26 pm while I was driving because I was not sure what that meant and afraid of stopping. I left a message to help me and It’s 1:30 remain to get back home. No one called me back. That’s terrified to drive.
After I arrived Honda,
Julio helped me and set up appointment for very next day and fixed my car.
Your service agents Jana and Julio provided great care of customer services even though my cat broke down soon after the check.
I really appreciate that you provided Lyft service from my work to the dealership.
