Let me start off by saying “everyone “ that I have encountered at Hopkins Acura Fairfield has always been very kind, helpful and professional.
The following is why I’m not completely satisfied. When you use the term “a couple hours” to service your vehicle, to me it means 2-3 hours, not 4 1/2, 5 hours once the shuttle came.
Another thing that I did not appreciate or even understand is that I got text messages thanking me and asking me to rate the service and I hadn’t even been called that my car was ready. Then an hour after I picked up my car I gotbyet another text that my car was ready to go home. Definitely confusing and contradicting text messages.
