Gabriela was great as always. My concern happened when I was waiting for the technician to bring my car around after the oil change was completed. He was having trouble backing out on the parked spot because another car was partially blocking the way. Instead of moving the other car, he decided to try and get around it. After backing up and driving forth to what looked like a multi-point turn, he realized that he couldn’t get out of the spot without damage. So to my dismay, he took my car and drove it up the curb/barrier. Not sure what he was thinking, taking my car off-roading, but I was definitely not pleased on how my vehicle was handled.

I was never contacted when my vehicle was completed. I waited 5 hours, and eventually called the service department myself at 4:40PM on Saturday April 18. They were closed and said I might have to pick my car up on Monday (unfortunate since I had work on Sunday). Luckily, the cashier, Anita, took my credit card information for payment, and the sales manager, Mike, held my keys in the showroom so I could rush down and grab my car at 5pm on Saturday. Crisis averted. Would have been a lot less worry if I would have been contacted when my car was finished. Service work and multipoint inspection sheet seemed alright. Disappointed with the communication.
