No issue with any of the service advisors. Just surprised by the bill. The last two oil changes on my Subaru were $69 and $65. I paid $92 for this visit. Dropping $100 to get an oil change will make me consider going elsewhere

I was not completely satisfied with everyones service towards my person. It was not clear to me how you would know if the loaner car had the same amount of gas as I left, since it was not full tank when I received it and no one checked it. I did not want to be incorrectly charged $15 per gallon. Therefore, I filled up the gas tank to full ($22 ). I mentioned to the cashier when I returned the vehicle that the rental car gas tank was not full when I received the car, I also mentioned I filled up the tank anyway. Her response was “that was nice of you, what a nice way to pay it forward, It had to be returned with half a tank is our policy” . I did not want to make scene or spend more time at the dealership. So I left. I had taken an image of the gas meter when I received the rental car just in case someone might want to corroborate what the gas level was. I know, $22 worth of gas might not be a lot to some people. But during these times of uncertainty, it would have been appreciated if your cashier had more empathy and not assume what a persons financial circumstance is. On the other hand! Gabby is great! Always kind and informative. I felt like my car and I were being taken care of & I could count on Gabby to keep me in the loop.
