The service person was very nice, very professional, and very helpful during the drop off. I dropped off for a recall service and asked that a sensor be evaluated too, as the light was on. During pickup, I got my car back very quickly and was pleased that the recall issue was fixed. However, there was no follow up info about the sensor and the light was still on. The service person wasn’t present at pickup and there was no documentation that the issue had been looked at. I live a half hour away, so I don’t have the time or opportunity to go back home with my loaner and wait for it to be addressed later in the day.
