I was told my car was going to be ready in 1 hr 45 min. I waited in the lounge. After 2 hrs , I went and asked. The last said she texted me but she knew that the texts were not going tru! After reviewing my receipt I noted my car was ready 8:45. Meaning from 8 to 10 I was in the lounge waiting for 2 hours! Bad on her. She was happily talking with her coworker! Absolutely satisfied. Jason Chesbrough kept me informed, tolerated my humor, appreciated my dog (he might need to bone up on breeds, but the rest of the staff jumped in to make it right, and only really care that he welcomed my big, comely dog into the office and subsequently into a fantastic loaner car. Loved it. Good advertising for you, I think. Too big a car for me, but ultimately comfortable. Loved the ladies in the billing office (who tolerated my humor as well). They were patient, attentive, and aware of my needs. We were picking up two cars, and my wife had a meeting to get to, and they got her going quickly and efficiently while I waited to take care of the loaner return and billing. Totally satisfied.
