My appointment was for 11:30 am. I drove 2 1/2 hrs to get there. I was told it would take 45 mins. @ I would be sent a text letting me know it was done. I came back after 1 1/2 hrs. & it hadn’t even been started! So then it was put right in & I waited another 1/2 hr.
