Jason was fantastic. I have.brought my Outback for the last one year complaining about a rattle in the right dash area. No one took it seriously and nothing was ever done and the rattle persisted. Jason took the out with the head tech found the cause. Now you have a super happy customer. He went the extra mile to find the problem and really deserves my thanks for a job well done. He just did not write down the complaint but went out to figure out what the problem was and fixed it. Please let him know how he is appreciated.
