Monika checked me in this morning. She was professional and friendly. She listened to me & answered my questions. She called me twice to give updates as to cost of the service and secondly to notify me the work was completed and that actual time required was less so that the cost of the service was reduced accordingly.
I’m very happy with my Suburu and the service provided by Kirby.
Because of my high level of satis faction, my neighbor purchased from Kirby and both my sister and niece have Subarus. My brother is consider a Subaru for his next car!
