When I lived in Oregon I drove down to Kirby because of Paul and now I live in the San Francisco Bay area and when I had an oil change in Eureka a month ago and was informed that my Differential Gears oil was in great need for an oil change I waited a. Month to come to Kirby because of Pauls professionalism and the trust that he felt in his mechanic staff.
I have recommended several people who have bought cars elsewhere to use Kirby to service their new car because of your staff. So the answer is no decause expectations are exceeded!!!
