Not sure why, but I did not receive a call or text letting me know my car was ready to be picked up. When I called to check on my car at 4:30, I was told the service department was closed. After 45mins, the sales manager contacted me saying he found my paperwork and keys.
I always have great service from Troy, so I’m wondering if there was a technical difficulty with the text message system.
