I was delighted with the service Troy provided. For example, i have complained since I bought my Forester 3 years ago about the failure of the eye sight system to work. Troy was the first one to recognize the code issue in the system and had a new camera installed. It is the first time since I bought the car that the eye sight system has worked properly & consistently.
I had debated about transferring my car maintenance to a shop in Ojaia. I told Troy that I was so impressed with his thorough review quick response and customer service, that I would continue bringing my car for service at Kirby and ask for Troy!
