Everyone was so helpful and friendly from the time I arrived at the dealership for my appointment. It took a while to figure out the Starlink issue but it did eventually reset after about 30 minutes of driving around. Thank the service crew and Francisco. They were all so patient and helpful.

Paul was great. Liked him and don’t hold any of this against him.
My biggest concern is my radio not working. It’s still not working after this first visit. My second biggest concern is the noise in my headliner. Also not fixed, but Paul explained that your best guy for this kind of job is out until 10/7, and I agreed to bring the it back then. I’m patient and not a complainer... If the radio issue and noise in my headliner are both fixed after my next visit I’ll be 100% happy. I drive a lot and bought a Subaru in the touring trim level for its premium sound system. It’s ironic that I’ve got a noise in the headliner, and can’t use the radio to drown it out!
