I was told there was no loaner after I checked in for a service. I waited 20mins to see if there is a loaner. Then I was told there was no shuttle service to take me to home or loaner. Lucky, Gabby had one of used car to use as loaner but I think it would be better if there was no loaner to begin with I shouldn’t have an appointment since my service was scheduled for minimum 4 hours. There was no way that I could have waited there for 4 hours. I didn’t have that kind of unexpected service at Toyota. Overall, I didn’t have to wait for long so I am satisfied. Gabby even opened doors when I left. It was very nice of her.
