We dropped our Forrester off for an ABS light for the second time. Jason called us to to ask about doing the 30,000 mile service, but just said the filter needed to be changed and the brakes needed to be flushed. We had a bad connection, since I was on my cell phone. We were on the 101 fwy so I said we would pop in & hung up. We came down & I tried to explain that I had an extended warranty, but the paperwork was in the glove box. He kept telling me it wasn’t covered, I told him I wasn’t going to argue- just let me get the papers. To which he smarted off with’ “wow!” I went in to talk to John @ as I passed another service writer I asked if Jadon was new since I had never seen him or had another customer service person act so unprofessional. I spoke with John and when John came in to talk to Jason, Jason popped off with, “ They’re acting like I’m trying to cheat them!” I never said anything like that. I said I wasn’t going to argue and needed to show him what I was talking about. At the end when he handed me my keys I told him I never meant for him to feel stacked and I was trying to explain to him . He started telling me that I hung up on him, tried to make him look bad by asking if he was new, etc. I told him I thought he was being very unprofessional and that we could just stop the conversation right there. I said in the future I will just ask for someone else to help me. His response was, “great, I would appreciate that!” I understand he felt he needed to explain himself or whatever... I think he was rude, unprofessional and childish. It was a poor example of customer service and not at all what I would expect from your dealership!

Jason was awesome. Courteous and helpful. The pricing was, however, prohibitive. It also was not made clear that all troubleshooting options were exhausted before it was decided that sensor replacement was necessary.
