Jason listened to my entire description of the problem, asked clarifying questions, and hypothesized a cause and potential fix. He informed me of the timing of diagnosis and possible times for repair depending on part availability. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, and I couldn't have been happier with his service.

Lenord did great. Only thing is, my handles on my vents are all breaking for some reason. I asked them to check them out. This is my first lease ever. I thought little things like this would be covered. It broke on its own, I didn’t do any damage to it and it’s so tiny I was hoping they would take care of it since I mentioned it.
