Price was higher than quoted. When I addressed it with service manager he could care less. I did not appreciate a sales call when my car was in the shop. Cashier said she would show me to my car. She walked out the door, hit the panic button, handed me my key and pointed to where the car was. Overall very unprofessional experience. I will take my business elsewhere.

I had a factory recall service that I needed. I live in Santa Barbara and work six to seven days a week. It took a lot of work to get down to Ventura on a Saturday only to be told that the service is not performed on weekends. I had made an appt specifically for this service on a Saturday. As a result I had to leave my car there and arrange another day off to come get it. I was given a loaner car, which is fine, but this ended up to be very expensive for me. I should have been told in the beginning that they were scheduling a service on the wrong day.
