First, it took half an hour longer than they said it would. I got there at 7:30 and left at 9:15. Second, they didn't replace the washer fluids for the rear windshield, so it makes me wonder what else they skipped.

Went for a complementary inspection (coupon from webpage) and asked to focus on transmission as I have been having problem with transmission on my dealership bought crosstrek.
Was told that to inspect transmission I would have to pay $100.
If I have a car that is having problems, Subaru is adding warranty because customers are having problems with Similar issues , took it in for inspection and still have to pay for it? No thanks.

I could, at this point, have my Forester serviced at a repair shop where I live, in Santa Barbara, but I choose to return to Kirby because of great service. The customer waiting area is comfortable, what with WiFi, snacks, coffee, TV, and a clean bathroom. The free car wash is also greatly appreciated.
