I had originallly considered going elsewhere for service after my complementary maintenance plan was finished.(bad experience with previous dealer service and I have a good mechanic). However, I'm so satisfied with my experience at Kirby that I'm sticking with you.

I strongly disagree with the premise of voiding a customers warranty on an issue just so the dealership can charge the customer more money for the service that should have been covered under warranty. I also informed the service agent that the last time I brought the vehicle in for an oil change it was blowing blue smoke on cold startups for over 2 months. Sometimes a considerable amount. I am strongly considering never doing business with this dealership again and taking my business elsewhere next time I am in the market for a new car.
