Except for Fox News I was very pleased With the friendly smiles and the willingness of your employees to help me. Just make sure the women on the phone are as enthusiastic, Sometimes we "girls" haha get a little snippy but you know that. I’ve had a body panel problem since the car was purchased. This is the third time Kirby Subarus looked at it. They passed me off to another dealership after, on this third trip and third attempt to fix it, they decided that they didn’t want to deal with it. The first two times were under warranty, then it became difficult and I was passed off.I was also told that the Kirby Subaru dealership does not have The tools or personnel on site to deal with this. . I do not know who has been looking at this for the previous attempts, it sounds like I’ve been having my leg pull the whole time. Iwas told to go to the other dealership and that they would not support it. I’m very dissatisfied and I’m actively going to seek remedy for the situation in anyway possible. I have all of my service records, I would appreciate a phone call from anyone that cares enough to return my call ****-****-xxxx. Jason the service advisor was very helpful. The service manager trumped his efforts to help me and sent me down the road.

It was estimated that it would take 1 hr 15 min but took over 2.5 hrs. That being said, I loved Jason & his real & nonpatronizing interactions. I felt I was dealing with a real person rather than a company man that was just saying what they were taught or trained to say.

Troy handled my visit very professionally. He covered all the issue having to do with a recall and also other services that could be done during the same visit at lower cost and time saved. He did not over promise on the time to complete. If I have Troy at every visit to Kirby, I will be a repeat customer. I give him 5 out of 5 stars!
