I had an appointment on 11/20/17 at 7:30am to have the computer interface in my car looked at and possibly reset/updated. I was having trouble connecting my phone via the Pandora app and it constantly would not work. This is very disappointing given that the car is rather new. Moving forward, I arrived on time for my appointment and was told the technicians didn't arrive at work until later, I'm not really sure why my appointment was even scheduled at this time if the employees weren't working that early. I proceeded to wait over 1.5 hours without any updates. I finially had to leave and wanted to take my car. I believe it was the service manager who tried to assess the issue with my car. He was unable to come to any conclusion and informed me I would be notified if there were any new updates for the computer. I felt like I waited hours for nothing and completely waisted my time. I never recieved any additional information. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and I'm dreading scheduling an additional appointment. I just don't have mutiple hours to sit around and be ignored.

A wonderful buying experience. Each team member was very knowledgeable and helpful when asked a question. Francisco was the perfect representative for us. He was not high-pressured and simply found out what features we liked and found the right Outback for our taste. I would highly recommend Kirby to others.

Service was great, Paul was very friendly and helpful, and service was well timed. However, it did take about 5 minutes for me to be acknowledged and attended to. I understand it could have been a busy day and people could be preoccupied, but not being greeted for 5 minutes or so was a bit uneasing. Also, car was still semi wet when received after car wash. Work was appreciated,but thorough job was expected. Overall, 7 out of 10 service. Understanding individual and will be back with business.
